Tonight, we gather for the grandest affair of all: love. As a legend recently reminded us, “The only thing more powerful than hate is love”.
We hope our carefully curated menu is the backdrop to the most special night of the year. For those who know their way around Campo, you know that our wood-fired specialties are the heart of what we do. Our chef-driven approach means no two evenings are ever quite the same. Ingredients are treated with reverence, flavors are layered with care, and each dish is designed to be shared, savored, and remembered.

Menu Highlights :
Mushroom Gnocchi: Handcrafted gnocchi, made from scratch. Folded into a velvety cream sauce infused with porcini mushrooms. Finished with sautéed trumpet and oyster mushrooms for layers of earthy richness and a touch of texture.
Paella de la Casa: Blending a traditional Spanish paella, with a Peruvian twist. A mildly spicy aji amarillo is the star of the dish with a medley of scallops, calamari, and shrimp. Finished in our wood oven for a smokey finishing note.
Bistecca a la Campo: A show-stopping 28oz dry-aged ribeye, kissed by the Santa Maria grill. Served alongside our house-made fennel sausage and an Italian-style salsa verde bright with tarragon and anchovy. A true feast for the table — Campo style.
Tonight’s Drink Special :
Fresas Con Crema: Valentine’s in a glass. A blush-toned, creamy tequila cocktail built on our strawberry-infused milk punch. Silky, lightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. Finished with a cloud of house-whipped crème and fresh strawberry for a romantic layer.
