Welcome to Part VII.

Hi friends, it’s Adriana. I’m so excited to bring you a dinner to remember. As many of you know, the other half of Campo has been living across the country for a while now—so tonight feels extra special. It’s a chance to come home, gather with my favorite people, and create for the community that means so much to me.

Living in a different state has given me a deeper appreciation for what we have here in SoCal—especially the vibrant, one-of-a-kind dining culture we’re lucky to be part of. I’m sincerely grateful to call the SGV home, and even more thankful for all of you who continue to support this little backyard thing of ours.

Ulysses and I love doing this, and we’ll keep showing up for it as long as we can. Tonight’s menu is a love letter—to the flavors I miss and the home we’ve built around this table.

Menu Highlights :

Lobster & Crab Tagliatelle: Fresh hand-cut tagliatelle, made in Whittier with double zero organic semolina flour. Tossed in a light beurre blanc with poached lobster and crab. Finished with grated parmesan.

Ranchero Porchetta: Inspired by Italian and Mediterranean flavors, this brined and rolled pork belly is stuffed with rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. Wood roasted until crispy, then served over creamy polenta with a rich pork and tiger shrimp sauce. Rustic, bold, and full of soul.

Gaucho Asado: A bold Argentine-inspired feast featuring our signature 25-day, dry-aged, 24 ounce ribeye, house-made Argentine chorizo developed exclusively in house and vibrant bone marrow chimichurri to bring it all together.

Uly & Adri’s Drink Recommendation :

Bramble Smash: Larceny bourbon, fresh lemon, house rosemary syrup, and muddled blackberries—shaken and served over ice. Finished with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of lemon. Bright, herbaceous, and summer-ready.

Gin & Flora: Bright and botanical, this cocktail blends Citadelle gin with elderflower liquor, crisp cucumber, and fresh lime for a refreshing floral finish.
